1. What Jejerino is

Jejerino is a free meme platform for Latin America. It has no ads, adds no watermarks to your content and does not sell your data. It includes private circles for sharing with your friends, daily caption contests and meme battles. Development is maintained by a small team; the project is supported by voluntary donations, never by advertising or by holding your content behind a watermark.

2. Minimum age

To create a Jejerino account, you must currently be at least 16 years old. This minimum age can be configured by the platform operator and may be adjusted in the future; the version in effect is applied automatically at sign-up.

3. Your account and your responsibility

You must provide accurate information when you sign up (including your birthdate). Each person may have only one account. Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable — you may not share them or use someone else’s account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

4. Content and moderation

Jejerino is designed to be a safe platform for all ages. Sexual content or nudity, graphic violence and hate symbols are never allowed: this kind of content is automatically rejected before it is published, not after. This is not a setting — it is part of the product’s identity.

If you see something that shouldn’t be on the platform, you can report it by emailing abuse@jejerino.com. The operator may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion when these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual property and DMCA

You keep the rights to the original content you upload to Jejerino. By posting it on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display and distribute it within Jejerino (for example, in the feed, in circles, contests and battles), solely for the purpose of operating the service.

If you believe content posted on Jejerino infringes your copyright, you can notify us at dmca@jejerino.com.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, for example by posting prohibited content or using the platform abusively. You can also delete your account at any time from your settings; to learn what happens to your data when you do, see the “Data deletion” section of our Privacy Policy.

7. Legal entity and jurisdiction
